The Contest sponsor is Top3 Magazine ('Sponsor'), located at Barcelona.
Sponsor and its respective subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Contest, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate.
Sponsor will conduct the Contest substantially as described in these Official Rules.
The objective of the Contest ('the Purpose') is that the one same article of the contestant which has been published in Top3 Magazine achieves an increase in the number of unique visits ('clicks') in the 28 last days compared to the previous period ('Increase').
The Increase is accounted for according to our metrics registered in Google Analytics that will be published partially for informational purposes and for which the Sponsor and / or Administrator are not responsible.
If several contestants achieve the Purpose in the same month, the winner of the Contest will be the author of the article with the highest Increase.
If there is no winner, the Contest will remain active for the next calendar month and so on until Sponsor decides, in its sole discretion, to terminate the Contest by duly notifying the contestants.

This Contest begins on 03/01/2021 and ends when the Purpose is achieved ('Entry Period').
During the Entry Period, visit the Contest registration page located on Sponsor's website at https://top3magazine.com/app.php and submit the Contest entry form.
You will be asked to provide basic contact information, including your name and email address.
In addition, you must send one article (minimum) following the instructions described in the General Information.

One (1) Prize will be awarded, which consists of: one (1) HUAWEI Bacpack Swift Grey which approximate retail value (shipping cost included) is $50 or one (1) HUAWEI Freebuds 3i which approximate retail value (shipping cost included) is $150.
Winner agrees to accept the Prize 'as is' and entrants hereby acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor Administrator is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee relative to the Prize, either express or implied, including warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier.
Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of Prize will not be awarded.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Contest, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means.
If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant, prize will be awarded to the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by the internet service provider responsible for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
If winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with Contest rules, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be awarded the prize in a separate random drawing.
Winner will be notified by email. Inability of Sponsor to contact winner by email within seventy two (72) hours after selection, may result in disqualification of winner and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing at Sponsor's discretion.
Prize will be sent to winner by Correos spanish mail company within fourteen (14) days after winner has been notified and accepted the prize.
If prize is returned as undeliverable, then prize will be forfeited and another winner will be randomly drawn.
The odds of winning will depend on the quality of the contestant's published articles and the impact they have thanks to the promotion that its author makes on social networks or other media.

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting prize, winner grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winnerâs name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world.
